Items come from estates, auctions or personal use, and we also do consignment sells.

So what condition are your items?
Our items are from good to like new. We try to pick out the nicest items to pass on to our customers. We would not sell items that we would not purchase for ourselves. We also sell new items.

No I’m sorry we can not. In most cases we do not always know the history behind our items.

How accurate are you in describing your items?
We try to describe items as closely as possible to condition and item types. If the item is New or Used, we will state so in the description. We have been told that once the customer receives the item, it looks better then the picture itself

How soon do you ship out an order?
We ship out orders the next business day after payment is made. Unless you are paying by check and we hold the order until the check clears thorough our bank.
We try to ship out on Saturdays as well.

How soon do you expect payment?
Payment for all items must be made within 10 Days. If you are mailing your payment we need to know this so we can be looking for it in the mail. If we do not receive an email from you by the 10th day on the 11th the item will be relisted.

What kind of payments do you except?
We accept Paypal, checks (must clear our bank before orders are mailed), money orders and Google checkout.

How do you ship your items?
For books and VHS’s we ship them through Media Mail with a delivery confirmation number that I provide you with.
For all other items we need your zip code so we can give you a quote. Please do not complete the check out until I give you the shipping quote. Sale will not be complete until shipping fees are added.

Do you combine shipping on multiple orders?
We will be more than happy to combine shipping on orders! Our shipping quote listed is based on Flat Rate Shipping for non books items to make multiple orders cheaper.

How about insurance?
Insurance is optional. For breakables it is recommended. Let us know if you want insurance and we will add that to the invoice.

Do you ship International?
Yes we do. Just email us so we can get a few shipping options for you to pick from.
But Please Note: We only accept Paypal payments from International buyers.
Also, we are not responsible for merchandise not passing customs. We will be happy to sell you items as long as it is legal in your country.

How do you package your items?
For books we put your books in a plastic bag and taped close to protect from moisture if by chance it would be a rainy day upon delivery. I do NOT use envelopes; they tend to tear while in the mail so I only use boxes or wrapped cardboard. This helps prevent books from bending and having the corners of the books damaged through transit.
For breakables, we package them with plenty of bubble wrap and packing material. We want you to receive your item in the same shape it was when it left here.

Have you sold on the internet or anywhere else before?
Yes, we have sold on EBay for a few years now. You can check our ratings at http://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFeedback&userid=remalysbooksncollectables&ssPageName=STRK:ME:UFS. We are trying to venture to new places on line here. We also sell off line as well. We have store outlets in a few counties.

How well are you at keeping the customer informed of their order?
We value our customers and offer friendly service. I like to keep my customer informed. If you have ever purchased anything from us through EBay you would know that you would receive many emails from us. :)
As soon as I am notified of a sale, I will contact the customer. If they make a payment in the mail, I will notify them upon receiving it. Once the payment is received, I will let the customer know when the order will be mailed. Once the order leaves the facility, I will let the customer know and provide them with a Delivery Confirmation number unless the payment is made through Paypal then the number will be sent to them automatically. Then if I have not heard from the customer upon delivery, I will email them to make sure they received the item alright

No, Customers can arrange for pick up to save shipping cost.

We are a business and unfortunately we have to add on sales tax. Whether we make a sell on or off-line, the guidelines still apply.

Tell me more about your VHS movies
About VHS's
We acquire a lot of VHS movies and most are through consignments. All movies are watched to make sure that they run properly, and yes we at times get to watch the same movie more than once. But we want to make sure that your movie is in proper working order.
Our movies will be from private collections or they may be ex-rentals so they may or may not have stickers on them. What I can tell you though is the movies and cases will be in good condition. If we happen to have a movie cover that has excessive damage but the movie itself is in good condition, we will state it so in a separate listing and in the description.
We have over 1,000 VHS movies. I am using stock photos. Since we have so many movies and most chances we will have duplicates, that is why I am using stock photos. I am expressing this because the movie you receive may or may not have a sticker on it or vice versa. Also, since there are so many different covers now, you may receive your movie with a different cover design. If you are looking for a certain one, please feel free to email me. What I can tell you is that your movie will be in good condition.
Please be patient on our listings for we are trying to relocate our listings from other sites we have to here for it will be more convenient for you to be able to shop at one place instead of multiple places.
Our movies are original and in the original cases, they are NOT bootleg or copies.
We rotate our stock so you may end up with a movie that has been repackaged. When movies are in a store location, we repackage them to help control theft issues.
